We roast carefully selected beef and lamb cuts on an impressive, South American style BBQ using charcoal, served with bread and delicious Chimichurri dressing – A traditional South American style sauce.

Each  joint is hand prepared, seasoned and then cooked ‘Low and Slow’ to give the unique taste and legendary flavour’s we are famous for!
