We typically arrive early to set up and get the BBQ roasting!
When its time to serve we can either provide a buffet style where guests can come up and choose what they would like or we can bring the food to the tables whereby a selection of meat is presented on sycamore boards for guests to enjoy. Vegetarian & Special diets can be catered for.
